Leads FAQs

Get more out of the leads access program by taking a few moments to read through the following Frequently Asked Questions:

My search is returning no leads.

There are two possible reasons that your search might return no leads:

  • Your search filters are to strict.
If your filters are too specific, you won't find as many leads. See the next FAQ, "My search returns very few leads".
  • Your account is not setup correctly.
If every search you make returns no leads, there is a good chance that your account is not setup correctly. Please contact us for assistance.

My search returns very few leads.

If your search only returns a few search results, you should try expanding your search to include more brides. Here are a few ways you can do this:

  • Search for a Bigger Entry Date Range
If you search for all leads entered between December 1st and December 5th, you will get much fewer leads than if you search for all leads entered from November 1st to December 5th.
  • Search for a Bigger Wedding Date Range
If you search for all leads with a wedding date between December 1st and December 5th, you will get much fewer leads than if you search for all leads with a wedding date from November 1st to December 5th.
  • Don't Use Advanced Filters
Unless you really need to narrow in on a specific demographic, don't use the Advanced Filters. This will only reduce the number of leads you get in your search results.

What is the Lead Entry Date?

Lead Entry Date is the actual date that the lead was entered into the leads access program. You can use this option to make sure you don't keep marketing to same brides over and over. For example, every month on the 1st of the month you could login to the leads access program and search for all leads that were entered during the previous month.

We recommend that you access leads once or twice each month and use the Lead Entry date range to make sure you do spend time and money marketing to the same leads over and over.

I cannot view Labels or Leads Sheets.

In order to view and print labels and lead sheets, you must have a PDF reader installed on your computer. You can download the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader here:

I cannot open the CSV Download Data

CSV Download data is provided for advanced users who want to import leads into another program. You can import CSV files into programs like Excel, Access, and ACT!.

If you're not using one of these programs (or another program that supports data import), you should not download CSV data.
